Ministries can now seamlessly submit proposals for Recruitment Rules to the DoPT and UPSC in a streamlined electronic format. These proposals are reviewed thoroughly by both the DoPT and UPSC, ensuring compliance with all necessary guidelines. Once finalized, the rules are returned to the Ministry for further action. This efficient approach not only speeds up the process but also promotes sustainability by significantly reducing paper use.
